Victoria has worked at LIGHT for 5 years and has also managed the school under George Lepp. Her background includes a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Photography and Digital Imaging, operating a retouching business for over seven years, working as a professional photographer, and shows/sales of her own fine art work across the central coast in wineries and galleries.

About Victoria:
Victoria grew up in the foothills of the Western Sierras and Yosemite in her backyard. She spent her time photographing the family ranch as well as the surrounding areas with her father's metal body Pentax film camera. She found bliss when her High School finally created their first photography class that surrounded the curriculum with Photoshop 5 and Mavica digital cameras.

Victoria moved to the Central Coast of California to attend college at Cal Poly. She fed off her traditional professors and soon discovered Photoshop World and NAPP as a great addition to her digital education. She trained as much as she could at Ben Willmore, Eddie Tapp, Joe McNally and Bert Monroy seminars and always wanted more.
She was able to find digital retouching jobs in San Luis Obispo and Los Angeles and learned quite a bit about the real world photography industry in wedding and portrait as well as the high fashion and commercial world. She spent 5 years training in commercial retouching and was ready to move to LA and "make it happen". |

Victoria's last year of college was spent commercial retouching and creating a series of art shows. She wanted to end her senior year with a "big" show and was able to find a local aspiring photographer who offered to donate his time and materials to help her print big. Once her show was hung and done she received a phone call from George Lepp. That aspiring photographer leaked to George Victoria's knowledge of photography and Photoshop combined knowing that George needed a new assistant at his school.
It didn't take George long to see that Victoria was just what he was looking for and hired her within weeks before moving to LA.

After working for George as a second assistant and then Manager, Victoria and her husband Hal made the decision to purchase the Lepp Institute and have made significant improvements in the areas of new equipment, new instructors, new courses, and of course in bringing back favorite instructors as well. Now, Hal and Victoria run the most prestigious digital school in the country.

Victoria's dream was to be in the photography educational industry, and here she is with her husband running the world famous Lepp Institute now called Light Photographic Workshops.
On top of running the school she has almost single-handedly created California Photo Festival called "Click!". Looking at the potential for ultimate success she plans to hold the festival every year and have it grow into a house-hold festival that people will come to for years.
