Cancellations- New Policy-
Please Read
Your deposit of 50% of the course fee guarantees your registration. Should you need to cancel, you must do so no less than 30 days prior to the course date and you will receive a refund less a $100 handling fee. There is no refund if you cancel less than 30 days prior to your course, unless the class is full and we are able to fill your spot. If we need to cancel a session you will be given a 30 day notice and receive a full refund of all payments.
Transfers New Policy-
Please Read
If you would like to transfer to a different course,
or different dates for the same course, we would be happy to accommodate
your request on a space-available basis and with the payment of an
administrative fee. If you transfer more than 30 days prior to your
originally scheduled course, the fee will be $50. *Transfers within 30 days or less prior to the course can only transfer 50% of the original course fee. To transfer, you must sign up for another class by the time your original workshop was scheduled.Otherwise you forfeit your 50% deposit.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 30 days back to the original credit card unless otherwise requested. All refund checks must be deposited within 90 days or the check will no longer be valid. We are not responsible for lost or undeposited checks.
